Run Profile

DevAssure platform provides users with the flexibility to select execution environments and browser resolution according to their preferences for test execution.

You can execute a single test or a set of tests across local and cloud execution environments.

Run Profiles are the specific combinations of browsers and resolutions required to execute a testcase effectively.

This guide takes you through the process of configuring tests using the various options available in DevAssure.

To create a run profile

  • Navigate to the Test Profiles section in the side navigation.
  • Within Run Profiles, click on the Add new icon that becomes visible when hovering over the shared profile or my profile in the explorer
  • Select New Run Profiles and enter profile name.
  • In the editor, click on Add Browser to choose the browsers relevant to your test and specify the resolution.

  • You can include multiple resolutions for the same browser.

  • Click on the Icon icon and input the preferred resolution to be tested on the browser.
